How is this different from the Amazon listing packet?
The listing packet is a general marketplace cover sheet. This kit is built for Account Health / compliance cases: case ID, response deadline, lot on the CPC, verify link, and urgency cues so you can reply inside Amazon’s window.
Will this reopen my ASIN by itself?
No. Amazon needs the signed certificate and the CPSC-accepted lab report (usually plus tracking-label photos) on the same case. The PDF is the cover and the paste-ready reply text.
Should I open a new case if time is running out?
No. A second case for the same ASIN often resets the review clock. Reply on the original notification with this kit and your attachments.
What is Amazon Rescue ($49)?
A one-off human review: we check your lab report, draft a CPC in your importer name, and return a case-ready reply pack within one business day. It does not replace laboratory testing.
