CPC for dinosaur toys & figures

Dinosaur Toys & Figures designed or marketed primarily for children 12 and under are children’s products: they need third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory and a Children’s Product Certificate citing toy standard, small parts, lead/phthalates, plus tracking labels. The importer or US manufacturer issues the CPC — not the factory and not the lab.
