Manage Your Compliance is the Seller Central section where Amazon lists the documents each of your listings must have: CPCs, test reports, safety documents, and category-specific requirements. Requests come with deadlines; ignoring them removes the listing. The winning workflow is simple: keep a current CPC per product, store it with its test report, and upload before the deadline.

  • The test report does not come from a CPSC-accepted laboratory.
  • The certificate omits required elements or cites rules the report did not test.
  • The product on the report does not match the listing (wrong model, wrong factory).
  • Files are illegible, cropped, or edited.

Seller Central → Performance → Account Health → Manage Your Compliance (or Product Compliance, depending on your account layout). It lists every ASIN with an open document request and its deadline.

Can I answer a request with just the CPC?

Usually no: Amazon typically asks for the CPC AND the test report from a CPSC-accepted lab. Upload both, clearly legible and matching the product.

The deadline passed. Is the listing gone forever?

Often recoverable: submit compliant documents through the reinstatement flow and contact selling partner support. Prevention (documents ready before requests arrive) is far cheaper.
