CPC for children’s light tables

Children’s Light Tables designed or marketed primarily for children 12 and under are children’s products: they need third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory and a Children’s Product Certificate citing 16 CFR Part 1252 (ASTM F963), electrical safety rules, and CPSIA chemical rules, plus tracking labels. The importer or US manufacturer issues the CPC — not the factory and not the lab.
