Silicone kids products CPC

Silicone children’s products — teethers, plates, bath toys, and pacifier-style items — are often marketed as “BPA-free silicone,” but Amazon and CPSIA still require CPSC-accepted testing for applicable chemical and mechanical rules, plus tracking labels. Food-contact claims add FDA considerations; CPSIA still applies when the item is a children’s product.
