UK legal baseline vs Amazon’s extra layer
UK law (Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011) requires conformity assessment, documentation, and marking. Amazon’s TIC Direct Validation is an additional selling requirement for flagged ASINs. Passing one does not automatically satisfy the other — keep both the legal file and the marketplace workflow straight.
