Sample to mass production CPC continuity
A CPC ties to the tested configuration. Mass production must match the golden sample sent to the CPSC-accepted lab — same materials, dimensions, and age grade. If the factory swaps paint, resin, or stuffing after testing, your certificate may no longer support the units you sell until you retest and reissue.

- Signed sample approval with photos and BOM snapshot.
- Pre-production meeting confirming no open engineering changes.
- Incoming inspection checklist aligned to sample.
- Lot records linking to CPC and report IDs on shipment.
